Our fitness programs consist of three phases to help guide you through your wellness journey.
Find Your Fit
We begin by assessing your physical condition, taking into account your needs, motivations, and goals for your fitness journey.
We'll also discuss the number of sessions and the types of sessions that may be beneficial for you.
Build Your Fit
We suggest various fitness programs and tools using infrared cardio equipment to help you progress.
The "Build Your Fit" stage focuses on improving your physical strength and endurance through targeted workouts.
Enhance Your Fit
Once you've made progress, the focus shifts to maintenance.
During this phase, we emphasize the importance of maintaining your fitness levels through sustainable lifestyle changes, including ongoing exercise, diet, and healthy habits to support long-term well-being.
